You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract. One person, one account, with true registration details.
Coins and diamonds are virtual items licensed to you for use inside Toxhi. They are not currency, carry no value outside the app, and cannot be traded or transferred outside the app. Coins once spent are not refundable. We may change gift prices, conversion rates and catalogue items, and will publish changes in advance where we reasonably can.
Host earnings depend on verified activity and the gifts a room receives. Nothing on this website or in the app is a promise of income or an employment offer. Diamonds generated by fake gifting, self-gifting loops, multiple accounts or bot traffic are cancelled, and the accounts involved may be suspended. Payouts require completed KYC and a bank account or UPI ID in the host's own name, and are subject to applicable Indian taxes.
We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. Where an account is closed for a breach, unused coins and pending diamonds may be forfeited.
You keep ownership of what you say and post. You grant Toxhi a licence to host, transmit and display it for the purpose of running the service, and to keep records for safety and legal reasons.
Toxhi is provided as-is. We are not responsible for what other users say or do, for anything you arrange with another user off the platform, or for losses caused by interruptions outside our reasonable control.
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
