What we collect
- Account details: name, phone number, email, profile photo, date of birth
- Usage data: rooms joined, time on the mic, gifts sent and received, coin transactions
- Device data: device model, operating system version, app version, IP address
- Form submissions from this website: the fields you fill on the host, career, investor and contact forms
- KYC documents, for hosts and agencies receiving payouts
Why we collect it
- To run your account and the rooms you join
- To process recharges, gifts and host payouts
- To investigate reports, fraud and abuse
- To reply to your application or enquiry
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations in India
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with
payment gateways, real-time audio providers, cloud hosting and analytics services, and with
authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active. Transaction and
KYC records are kept for the period Indian law requires, even after deletion. Website form
submissions are kept for up to 24 months.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything wrong
- Ask us to delete your account and data, subject to the legal retention above
- Withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time
Children
Toxhi is for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data
from anyone under 18, and we remove such accounts when we find them.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, access to admin systems
is restricted and logged, and passwords are stored only as hashes. No system is perfectly secure,
so tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
