Delete your
Toxhi account.

You can close your account at any time. Here is exactly how, and exactly what happens to your data.

In the app

Open Settings

Profile tab, then the settings icon in the top corner.

Account & security

Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.

Confirm

Verify with the OTP sent to your registered number.

By email

Write to support@toxhi.com from the email on your account, with your Toxhi user ID. We confirm within 7 working days.

What gets deleted

Removed

  • Your profile, photos and bio
  • Your messages and chat history
  • Your followers, following and room memberships
  • Unused coins and pending diamonds (these are forfeited)

Kept, and why

  • Payment and payout records — Indian tax law requires it
  • Reports and safety actions against the account
  • KYC documents, for the period the law requires
Deletion is permanent. The account, its ID and its balance cannot be restored afterwards. If you only want a break, you can log out instead — nothing is lost that way.
